Dr. John L. McNeill
A fifth generation Victorian, Dr. John McNeill
opened his first Twin Fountains Walk In Clinic in January 2008. His background in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine along with his familiarity with our community gave him a unique perspective as to the need for a local alternative access to health care. From this vision came Twin Fountains Medical Clinics with its expanded hours and wide array of available services.
Dr. McNeill attended school here in Victoria and graduated from St. Joseph High School. He then attended Victoria College and after three semesters enrolled in Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. In December of 1983 he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with the dream of becoming a physician.
During his undergraduate training he also completed Texas Department of Health training and became certified as an EMT-Paramedic. He spent the next 10 years as a full time Paramedic with San Marcos - Hays County EMS and quickly was promoted to a supervisory role. The Fire Department interested him so he trained and became a volunteer firefighter as well. Always having an interest in education, he became an active instructor in the EMS programs in central Texas and served as graduate lab instructor in the Department of Biology at Southwest Texas State University.

Currently Dr. McNeill has a busy Internal Medicine practice with full hospital privileges and works in his clinics on a regular basis. He is Board Certified
