Twin Fountains Foundation

Twin Fountains Foundation is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization established by Twin Fountains Medical Clinics as another way to give back to the community that has made us successful.

Through fundraising and charitable donations, our Foundation plans to provide scholarships to students entering the Medical Field. Our goal is to give financial assistance in the form of education tuition assistance, especially to students who otherwise may not be able to afford their education. Our tuition grants will be based on need and the true desire to be part of the Medical Team, not just academic excellence.

Currently our education assistance is limited to local training programs for the following professions:
